By joining, you'll have the opportunity to take part in paid research and help influence thinking across the education sector.
VoicED is open to UK-based teachers and others working in education, including classroom teachers, teaching assistants, school leaders, and support staff.
Yes, completely free. There’s no cost to sign up, and no obligation to take part in any of the research opportunities you’re invited to.
You’ll only be contacted when relevant opportunities arise. You can take part in as many or as few projects as you like - it’s completely up to you.
This is genuine market research – never marketing or sales. We’re only interested in your opinions, not trying to sell you anything.
VoicED is managed by DJS Research (add hyperlink), a respected UK-based market research agency and Company Partner of the Market Research Society (MRS). All research is conducted in line with MRS and GDPR guidelines.
Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties for marketing. We handle all personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and MRS guidelines. You can request to leave the panel or delete your data at any time.
It varies! You might be invited to take part in quick online surveys, one-to-one interviews, or group discussions. Some of these take place online, while others may be in person (usually local to where you’re based). Full details will always be provided in advance so you can decide whether you’d like to take part.
Incentives typically range from £5 to £100+, depending on the length and nature of the research. You’ll always be told the exact reward amount before you decide whether to take part.
Each time you take part in a VoicED research activity, you’ll earn a cash reward. The amount will be clearly stated in the invitation email, and you can track your total in the ‘Rewards’ section of your account. Once your balance reaches at least £5, you can redeem your earnings as a thank you for your participation into PayPal.
Log in to your VoicED account and go to ‘Rewards’.
Choose from preset redemption amounts, such as £5, £10, £20, £50, £100, £200.
Click ‘Redeem’ next to your preferred amount.
Rewards are paid via PayPal. We recommend using the same email for both
your VoicED and PayPal accounts, but you can claim payments to a different email if needed
(you’ll receive a PayPal email with instructions).
You’ll receive an email from PayPal at your VoicED-registered address. Just click ‘Claim your payment’, log in to your PayPal account, and follow the prompts. You may be asked to temporarily add your VoicED email to your PayPal account.
Please allow up to 72 hours for your payment to be processed. You’ll be able to track the
status in your ‘Rewards’ tab:
Pending Approval – We’ve received your request
Processing – Your reward is being prepared
Completed – Payment has been sent
Failed – If something goes wrong, your reward will be returned to your VoicED balance
Yes, you’re free to leave whenever you like. You can unsubscribe via the link in any of our emails or update your preferences by logging into your account.
If your account is inactive for 12 months, we may close it and reclaim any unused rewards. We’ll usually try to contact you first, but this isn’t guaranteed.
We take fraud seriously. If we identify suspicious activity (e.g. duplicate accounts), your account may be suspended and unredeemed rewards withheld. This is to ensure we maintain a genuine and trustworthy panel of real education professionals.
